Common Questions
How do I know which tier to choose?
Choose based on how quickly you need your cards back. Economy is great for bulk submissions. Express and Premium are ideal when timing matters — like before a show or sale.
What happens if my card doesn't meet the minimum grade?
Every card receives a grade regardless of condition. We grade on a 1–10 scale and will never refuse to grade a card based on anticipated grade.
Is return shipping included?
Yes — return shipping via USPS Priority Mail is included in all tiers. Premium orders ship with full insurance coverage. Additional insurance is available for Economy and Standard.
Can I upgrade my tier after submitting?
Yes. Contact us before your order enters the grading queue and we'll upgrade your tier. A difference invoice will be sent.
Do you grade all card types?
We grade sports cards (baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer) and TCG cards (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and more).
How is declared value used?
Declared value is used for insurance purposes during inbound and outbound shipping only. It does not affect your grading fee.
